AA finds my user in the directory but can't reach user
When I call my AA I successfully locate the user I want to reach via dial by name. AA says it is re-directing to them and then reports error that couldn't find the user. All of my users are Skype users, not all have cloud PBX and even fewer have PSTN domestic calling. Those with PSTN domestic calling enabled work fine.I was hopeful that I would be able forward to whatever phone number the user has listed in their directory entry. What are actual requirements for AA to work?

Hi Scott, OrgAA can connect to SfB online user even without PSTN Calling license assigned to that user. Call forward to a phone number needs the calling license.- Scott SchreierCopper Contributor
Saleem, thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, it won't forward to a user unless their presence is "available" in SFB, or at least this is how it is playing out for me. Any thoughts on how to get around this issue. This is akin to not being able to send someone an email unless they're logged into Outlook.
