Caller ID Options for IB Calls

It would be great if SfB allowed users or orgs to toggle their Caller ID view preference for IB calls to see the actual number of the caller instead of merely the caption. Where some wirless carries (e.g. Vz, I think) only display "Wireless Caller", it can be frustrating to the end user who is waiting for a call from a particular number to not be able to discriminate based upon the SfB Caller ID display.

I second this highly, we are in the process of migrating and this is the number one complaint i get about S4B from my users. Would be nice if it would display both information, or even get the contact information from outlook or salesforce as well.
