SharePoint Picture Library Stopped Showing Photos

On our SharePoint tenant, SharePoint has stopped showing the photos that are in Picture Libraries. This is across all of our SharePoints and applies only to the images in a Picture Library as far as I can tell. Page banners, site icons, images in Pages all still display just fine. This is in any browser: Chrome, IE, Edge.
