SharePoint 2019 On-Premises : Compatibility for HEIC Images (view thumbnails, etc like JPG)

Hi there,

Microsoft OneDrive and SharePoint Online now have compatibility for the HEIC Images uploaded from Apple Devices.

I'd like to implement the same compatibility for SharePoint 2019 On-Premises. Has anyone achieved this? Can you provide a link for a solution, codec or some instructions?
