I am out of answers to why users can't open items in a link library that are linked to public folder files. I can open them fine from Chrome, Edge, IE, but anyone I ask can't open them. It doesn't do anthing. I have added permissions to domain users for read and still nothing. I am farm admin and site collector admin, so I was thinking that was something to do with it. So I gave another IT user Full Control and nothing.
