Office Web Apps and SharePoint 2013 Foundation
Have a quick question. Can we use Office Web Apps service with Sharepoint 2013 foundation or can it only be used with Sharepoint 2013 Enterprise version with Enterprise eCAL

I agree with Juan, as a separate product, OWA does not really care about the SP Edition. It has its own licensing requirements, see https://blogs.technet.microsoft.com/volume-licensing/2013/05/22/how-to-license-office-web-apps-server/
- I might be wrong, but you can definitively use Office Web Apps with SPF...what you must take into account is that you need to have a valid Office license in order to get Office Web Apps with Editing capabilities.
