I have this list called "People Lookup" that contains the following columns: 1. Roles - The different roles of my department (single line of text column)
2. A-shift - The A-shift responsible per role (person or group column)
3. B-shift - The B-shift responsible per role (person or group column)
4. C-shift - The C-shift responsible per role (person or group column)
In all relating workflows I query this list, which means that as long as I keep this list up-to-date the responsible people will be assigned the relevant tasks.
Lately I have tried to create shift-specific views of the open tasks of the Workflow Tasks list, but without any success. Does anyone have any suggestions to how I can achieve this? Essentially I am trying to filter the "Assigned To" column of the Workflow Tasks list to only display tasks assigned to the people of the different shift columns of my lookup list.
