Crawl Properties displaying Zero

Hello everyone,

When trying to categorize the crawl properties in Site, the Number of Properties remains at zero even if there are many saved in the Category. Attempting to reindex the site following this doc did not change. 

Manually request crawling and re-indexing of a site, a library or a list - SharePoint in Microsoft 3...   

Any ideas?

your new column (i hope a site column and no special characters - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/community/how-do-site-columns-become-managed-properti... ) needs content, upload documents or create items...and then, wait...
