SharePoint Premium and auto tagging using MS Syntex is not working

I have configured Syntex (Subscription + configured in SharePoint Admin). I've activated auto tagging in all relevant site collections. Then I prepared my Termstore with all relevant keywords (tags) and created a new document library. I added a new managed column, set the termstore and activated the option "Automatically tag documents with terms". In short I did everything regarding the documentation: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/syntex/taxonomy-tagging

I uploaded some documents with relevant content and waited 3 days. Nothings happened and the managed column is still empty. Other features like the image tagging is working fine.

The only difference is my region setting (German). Could be this in issue?

    Did you get a resolution for this? I suggest trying again now.

     

    I think there may have been some intermittent tagging issues. Taxonomy Tagger seems to be working much better for me now.
