@DivyaAkula yes, there are connectors for Docusign and eSign.

Are you taking about the Microsoft 1st party SharePoint esignature solution and not 3rd party solutions?

I've not seen one for the SharePoint esignature yet. Fingers crossed they are working on it.

I've not heard about a a Power Automate SharePoint eSignature action yet (nor is it on the current Roadmap). I'd imagine that as eSignature becomes more mature and more readily available (currently only available in the USA) that the team working on it might look to add a Power Automate action to the Roadmap.
