Trouble initiating our Viva account

The licenses did finally provision to users and the Viva Insights Analytics page lets me log in, but I’m still getting warning messages when I access the page to “Try again later” due to the unavailability of data. It doesn’t give me any sort of timeline on when that later date is or if there’s a specific threshold of data it needs to collect before queries can be ran.

What advice do you have? We are trying to pull insights for the last month of the company's activity using Viva.

  • Hi VI_Migration, are you an admin or analyst role for your company? Your UI will differ between those two roles.

    If you are an analyst and are seeing this, it sounds like your admin needs to finish the set-up steps. If you are an admin and haven't finished the set up steps please refer to this document and make sure to complete each step sequentially.
