Teams will not load - Says my device has been disabled
I need to add a work Teams account to my Teams app. When I enter my work email address, I get the message that my Device is Disabled and this message pops up.
Can anybody assist?
- Talk to your admin/IT support folks, they are the ones that put this restriction in place.

thanks for the response. Unfortunately I have already spoken to them and they do not seem to be able to fix it. The person I spoke to said I should contact our HR dept in Germany??
the biggest joke is that it was working and then all of a sudden my calendar would not load and then total shutdown??ok thanks. I will try our IT support again.
- sdahiya4Brass ContributorDevice associated with the user must have been disabled in Azure AD or Domain Controller is Hybrid joined. Please check with your Admin to enable the account.
