Teams will not load - Says my device has been disabled

I need to add a work Teams account to my Teams app. When I enter my work email address, I get the message that my Device is Disabled and this message pops up.

Can anybody assist?

 

  • Talk to your admin/IT support folks, they are the ones that put this restriction in place.

      thanks for the response. Unfortunately I have already spoken to them and they do not seem to be able to fix it. The person I spoke to said I should contact our HR dept in Germany??  
      the biggest joke is that it was working and then all of a sudden my calendar would not load and then total shutdown??

      ok thanks. I will try our IT support again.

    Device associated with the user must have been disabled in Azure AD or Domain Controller is Hybrid joined. Please check with your Admin to enable the account.
