Spam Filtering too strong?

We have a WordPress website and we use several different Gravity Forms. It seems like a lot of the form are getting caught in our Office 365 Quarantine. Is there a setting in Security to allow the Gravity Forms? Or any other workaround? Thank you!

How about one of the following

Add IP to Connection Filter in Exchange Online

Add sender/domain to Allow List in Spam Policy in Exchange Online
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/office365/Security Compliance/configure-your-spam-filter-policies

I myself have a Wordpress site, and most notifications/emails seem to come from donotreply@wordpress.com

You can add the Wordpress install IP to your SPF record.

Better yet, add SMTP through sendgrid and use DKIM records instead.
