Add IP to Connection Filter in Exchange Online

Add sender/domain to Allow List in Spam Policy in Exchange Online

I myself have a Wordpress site, and most notifications/emails seem to come from donotreply@wordpress.com

You can add the Wordpress install IP to your SPF record.
Better yet, add SMTP through sendgrid and use DKIM records instead.
