How about one of the following
Add IP to Connection Filter in Exchange Online
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/office365/SecurityCompliance/configure-the-connection-filter-policy
Add sender/domain to Allow List in Spam Policy in Exchange Online
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/office365/Security Compliance/configure-your-spam-filter-policies
I myself have a Wordpress site, and most notifications/emails seem to come from donotreply@wordpress.com
Hope this provides a workaround and answers your question
