Hi KyleBIPO,
This error can occur for a number of reasons, such as:
- A problem with the Service Trust Portal servers
- A problem with your internet connection
- A problem with your browser
- A problem with a firewall or other security software
there are a few things you can try:
- Clear your browser's cache.
- Try opening the Service Trust Portal in a different browser.
- Try opening the Service Trust Portal on a different computer.
- Try logging out of the Service Trust Portal and logging back in.
- Try restarting your computer.
- Try disabling any firewall or other security software that you are using.

Dear LeonPavesic
Thanks for the reply, however I've tested with couple different region networks, computers, and all above were also having the same Error 0 issue.

Hi KyleBIPO,
thanks for your update.
Since you’ve already tried different networks, computers, and followed the suggested steps without success, it might be a problem on the server side that’s out of your control. In this case, I would recommend reaching out to Microsoft Support for further assistance. They should be able to investigate the issue more thoroughly and provide a solution. Please click Mark as Best Response & Like if my post helped you to solve your issue.
