Service Trust Portal prompts Error 0, No Response from server

Thanks for the reply, however I've tested with couple different region networks, computers, and all above were also having the same Error 0 issue.

thanks for your update.
Since you’ve already tried different networks, computers, and followed the suggested steps without success, it might be a problem on the server side that’s out of your control. In this case, I would recommend reaching out to Microsoft Support for further assistance. They should be able to investigate the issue more thoroughly and provide a solution.
