Anyone else noticed that the templates in Outlook has gone from 4 to 2? Believe its after the button was moved in OWA, and it now requires more clicks to protect the email.
In OWA we got the usual Encrypt only, Do not forward, Confidential And High Confidential. In Outlook, all of our customers is only having two; Encrypt only and do not forward.
Have a case with Microsoft Premier support for 1 week, but no progress at all.
