Office 365 Information Protection on Roadmap

The Microsoft 365 Roadmap has a Product filter for "Office 365 Information Protection" which implies that an actual product but to the best of my knowledge, this is just a group of services and not something that we can buy.  Is my understanding correct or am I misunderstanding something.
