Integration of the Azure SSPR with 3rd party SAML IDP

Hello!
I’ve been wondering if it’s possible to use 3rd party SAML IDP to provide a self service password reset function (SSPR) to AAD users.
I believe it’s possible to integrate 3rd party SAML IDP with AAD to sync usernames and passwords.
I'm curious if anyone has achieved this integration successfully, or if there's a consensus that it's simply not feasible.

Yes that is possible our organization is using Okta as an example but the preferred is to use Microsoft SSRP instead of 3rd party
