I have a client who does not want their users to have to sign up for tracking manually. Is there a way to auto enroll users into the RMS Portal.

The first time the AIP client is loaded for a user, after install they are directed to https://portal.azurerms.com and are required to sign up for document tracking. Whilst we want the document tracking facility we had hoped we could do it without user intervention.

for this one, you don't have any solution for now and the auto-enroll cannot be automatically. But there is product feedback for this one.
It's like other registration processes in Office365 for a user you cannot avoid that.
