AIP Outlook 2016 Label is visible but Watermark is not visible issue

There is fix for this available already if you install latest version of AIP client, there is no such issue then

My Bad,
it is not the Watermark that we have intermittent issue with it is Footer Text which is configured for all of the labels that we have,
Issue is intermittent for the most part it is with outlook emails, where at times the footer text is visible and most of the times the footer text is not visible,
