Timesheet Project online problem

Hello everyone,

 

I don't understand why the number of hours per day in my tasks in timesheets in Project Web App is 7h per day inspite of the number of hours per day in my project's options (in MS Project) is 8h/day and also 8h/day in "Timesheet Settings and Defauts"...


Could someone explain that to me?

    The reason is because in Project Options there is a place to define number of hours in a day and in Project online "Server Settings" the timesheet configuration has a place to define hours per day. Its a best practice to keep this the same in both environments.
