Hi John,
I had a look at the post of your colleague.
We definitely need MS Project Online. This will allor the PM and the Project Planner to manage the project, assigning the tasks to the resources (they will be informed through MS Planner) and get the needed reports (maybe with the help of a macro)

Yes with your help I understood that my company needs to use MS Project Online in order to manage properly the projects.
When and if we will get it, I will ask for a macro for the needed report.

So.....did I answer your question or do you still need help? I don't use Project Online or Planner, I leave that stuff to Dale but if you need something that requires VBA, then I'm your guy.
