Relationship between Project for the Web front end Grid View and Dataverse

Hello - I'm customizing a Project on the Web project, I noticed when I create a new Field through the Grid interface, the field does not show up in the Project Tasks Dataverse Table where all the other fields are.

Where is it on the back end? I've looked through all the other project tables and I can't find it e

I also noticed when I add a column to Project Tasks, it's not available in the Add Column drop down on  the Grid view.  How do I sync up the front and back end?

Custom fields do not appear anywhere in the Dataverse with Project for the Web. Perhaps this feature will be added to the software in the future, but it is not available in the current version. Sorry, but hope this helps.
