I have a user who is site collection owner and PWA administrator who cant open project plans from PWA nor via Project Desktop client. PWA is not a location in the file open dialog box.
The connection to PWA is set correctly, user has a project premium licence, software has been downloaded to a clean machine and experiencing the same issue. The user can open and edit the enterprise global.
Any ideas where to look next?
