Project Online ReST API UTF-8 Encoding

Hello Everyone,

I want to set project name containing some Norwegian characters while creating a new project. I'm using code samples available here:

When I try to create a project having name with Norwegian characters it throws "The request was aborted: The request was cancelled." error.

Does anyone knows how to encode request body to UTF-8 in powershell?
