Project; Bugs, Problems, and Issues - Relationship Issue
Can someone tell me how an activity can be "linked through another chain" with no predecessors or successors?
This might happen if there are dependencies on summary lines. But without seeing more of the file, the exact issue can't be determined.

I never tie logic to Summary Tasks; it's just not good practice. Accidents do happen though...
I reviewed the project and no logic was tied to any of the summary tasks. After a Save/Close I was able to make the tie though.
