Payroll Tax Engine Pay Generate Error

When I generate payment for payroll tax engine of a worker It shows below error message. I have previously install 10.0.22 F&O version after upgrading  to 10.0.30 generate pay not working.

The application data version 2021-R1 does not match the tax engine expected data version 2022-R8.
