I can set tasks with duration greater than 3 months, if %complete is less than 70% and remaining time is less than 15 days, it will show red

I don't think I fully understand your question. Please say a little more about what you are seeking. Also, there is no column named Remaining Time. There IS a column called Effort Remaining, but the data in that column is formatted in hours and not in days. Let us know and we will try to help you.
