Nivel Hierárquico - MS Projet

Gostaria que me indicassem uma forma de atribuir o nível Hierárquico no MS Projet, sem ser pela opção que indica no link abaixo.

Please post all future questions in English as that is the language for this forum. I translated your post as:
"I would like you to indicate a way to assign the Hierarchical level in MS Projet, without using the option indicated in the link below."
I don't quite understand what you are trying to do. The Outline Level is a non-editable field. For reference the Outline Number field is also non-editable however the WBS field is editable by the user. You might also consider using one of the 10 Outline Code fields or perhaps a Number field (e.g. Number1).
