Need to remove a value from a custom field
I'm needing to remove a Department value from a custom field that we created. Is there any way to do that? Backspacing, hitting delete, none of that seems to work. I can change it to NA because...

The answer to this question is so easy that you are going to fall on the floor laughing when I share it with you. To remove the value in the Department field, click the ... button at the right end of the field and then select the value you originally entered. The value will be removed. Hope this helps.
