Need Help Creating (and exporting in Excel) a Custom Report

Is there a way to create a report that will display:

  • Resource Name

  • Task ID (or task number - this is sorta optional)

  • Task Description

  • Remaining Work Hrs per Task per Resource per Day

The end result would be a weekly time tracking sheet per each employee assigned to the project that I can export to Excel. Here's a screenshot of dummy values of what I'd like to obtain:

I played with various Visual Reports, but none of them had all the required fields that I listed above in one single template.
I tried endless combinations of field selections, but I can't seem to simultaneously meet all the requirements above.
The closest I got was a custom visual report with Resources, timescale (weeks and days), and Work (not even remaining work; it wasn't an option in the Field Pick List).
I couldn't list the tasks. Otherwise, it would have been pretty close to what I needed.
