Hello Olivier_Bastian ,

There is no out of the box migration from Project Online to Project for the web. You can save your projects from Project Online as MPP files and import those into Project for the web: https://pwmather.wordpress.com/2021/06/09/import-microsoft-project-desktop-mpp-files-into-projectfortheweb-via-the-project-home-ui-msproject-microsoftproject-workmanagement-taskmanagement-projectmanagement-ppm/ 

There are a couple of companies that advertise a paid for solution to help you migrate from Project Online to Project for the web: 

I've never used either but so I can't comment but that might help.
