How to view Issues or Risks across multiple subprojects in Project Online

We have a Master project in Project Online with several sub-projects linked to it and I'm trying to figure out how to get an Issue to appear in multiple subprojects without having to create it multiple times (example: Issue #1 is created under sub-project.1, but can also be viewed on subprojects 2 and 3.

You could build a report to show this roll up / related data using the Project Online Reporting Odata API. It won't be visible in the UI.
