How to print Gantt chart in Project online
Hi, I've used MS project before, but I am new for project online. Could anyone tell me how to print out completed Gantt chart for whole project in Project Online? Thanks for your help. Best...

Thank you for sharing the two screenshots. You ARE using Project Web App.
To print the project from PWA, click the Options tab at the top of the project page in PWA. On the Options ribbon, you will find a Print button. Click the Print button and away you go! Hope this helps.

Thanks for your comment. The print button can only print the data in the grid, it can't be used to print the whole Gantt chart of the completed project. Do you know what else I can do to print whole Gantt chart?

The only way to print the entire Gantt Chart view is to open your enterprise project in Microsoft Project Professional and then you can print it. Hope this helps.- Hi Dale,
