How to create a recurring task from ms project online? Is it possible?

I am trying to create a recurring task directly from ms project online.  I have not been able to do so and there seems to be no training material on this particular subject.  Is it possible to create a recurring task directly from ms project online?

By "Project Online" I assume you are describing the Project for the Web application, to which many people erroneously refer as Project Online. If that is the case, no, there is no way to create a recurring task in Project for the Web.

If, on the other hand, you are referring to Project Web App (PWA), the web-based user interface for Project Online, then again, the answer is no. You cannot create a recurring task in Project Online, and you would need to use the Microsoft Project desktop application to create the recurring task.
