I am used to using "Ctrl+Tab" in all other applications to switch windows. In Project, I need to grab my mouse and hover over the taskbar or go to the "View" menu. Is there a macro or way to set a hotkey to switch between open windows/projects?
I do not see any shortcut menu to directly switch between windows in Microsoft Project. However, I personally keep pressing Alt + Tab until the window I want is selected. Just a thought. Hope this helps.
