Changing Work Timings in Project Online
How do I change the Default Work Calendar to allow for saturday as a working day?

You can create a new Enterprise calendar that has a Saturday as a working day then assign that calendar to the Tasks and Resources as needed. To create the new calendar see the guide here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/create-an-enterprise-calendar-a8af6757-a1a2-4626-bc9c-4160ca8ec7ea It is for Project Server - but the process is identical.
