When you access the Tasks page in Project Web App, the software will always show you your own tasks (the tasks assigned to you). It will never show you the tasks for all resources.
If you want to see the tasks for all resources, navigate to the Resource Center page and select the checkboxes for the resources whose tasks you want to see. Then click the Resource Assignments button in the Resources ribbon. The Resource Assignments page will show you the tasks assigned to all of the selected resources.
