Uploading files into MS Teams/Sharepoint

I would like to create a dashboard to automate submission/uploading files with a Division Name and Month as its name so that I can know which division has submitted/uploaded files and those who have not. Any ideas?  

For those who have yet to upload, how could I automate reminders either through email/MS chat to them?
