The flow is failing to connect to custome connectors (from Azure open AI) built for gen AI chatbot

Hi All,

We have built a custom connectors which is linked to Azure openAI in order to consume in a power automate flow which will be consumed in copilot studio to interact with the end user.

But the power automate flow linked to custom connectors  is throwing an error (as shown in pic) where as the custom connectors are pretty much working fine including the keys /endpoints.

Can someone identify the problem where exactl I m going wrong. I have cross verified with keys / credentials which is correct
