It appears like a large number of people in my company got an email introducing new features of Flow. I get that the product teams want to help people with these tools, but we want to have our own communications about how and when to use the tools. Is there a way to turn these off so they don't undermine our efforts?

Unfortunately, I don't think that this can be prevented.
@Dan Holme may be able to provide some advice or an explanation about why they are doing this direct marketing.
