Shawn Fielding&nbsp;Yes. We can enable folder creation within a List from List Advanced settings. And i want to create an item within a folder using MS Flow. Is this possible? PFA screenshots for reference.&nbsp;&nbsp;

You have to have a trigger for the event but you can choose to have a file created in a sharepoint based on a triggering event yes.&nbsp;
