Can you embed first question on FORM PRO Survey and send it via flow?

Hi Guys,

Is there a way to embed first question on FORMS PRO Survey and send it via flow? currently you can embed the first question on the survey and send it via FORMS pro to a contact etc which works fine. But when you run a flow the question is not embedded and users receive email saying start survey.
