Hello, we are unable to close a task in MSFT planner. We have tried the following:
- Changing the progress status from in progress to closed. The progress status immediately changes back to in progress from closed after closing the task.
- Dragging the task to complete. It moves back to an active task with an in-progress status.
I have now noticed no values on the task header can be changed.
Any ideas?
