Teams planner unable to open apps on phone

Hi,

I am unable to open apps on team planner.

It keep showing something went wong please try again on both ios and android

here are the steps to try to fix the Microsoft Teams app not working on Android:

  1. Review Permissions for the Teams App:
    Ensure that the Microsoft Teams app has the necessary permissions on your Android device. If any permissions are denied, you can grant them by accessing the app info, navigating to Permissions, and enabling the required settings.

  2. Turn Off Data Saver Feature:
    If you're encountering issues during video calls, consider disabling the data saver feature in the Microsoft Teams app. Access your profile picture, go to Settings, tap on Data and storage, and set 'Reduce data usage' to Never.

  3. Clear Temporary Files:
    Over time, the app may accumulate temporary files. To resolve potential issues, go to Settings, Data and storage, and choose Clear temporary files to remove unnecessary data.

  4. Sign Out and Sign In Again:
    If the app continues to malfunction, try signing out of your account within the Microsoft Teams app and then sign in again. This can help refresh the app's connection to the server.
