Hello everyone,
we got a problem since last friday (09-23-2022) the problem is: that new tasks don't appear automatically in the IOS App.
Only if you take a look in the PlannerHub and go into the Project which has tasks - then tasks appear in the planner app - but only for this specific project all others dont. So if you need to work on tasks on iphone or ipad you have to go into the project - and then go over to tasks (not started - assigned to me - done) and then you can work on the task for the project.
In the desktop app and online everything is fine - create a task for a specific user and he/she can see immediately the task on PC and online.
So it seems that there is a syncronisation problem on IOS - what we've tried so far:
- teams and all other O365 Apps on the phone and on the ipad - deleted the cache
- restarted all devices
- all devices are up to date
What else can we try? Thanks!!!
