A user receives an error message while marking a task as completed on an android phone. It is working fine on other platforms.

 

The error message is "We can't complete your request because planner traffic is unusually high. Please..."

Does a app reset/ reinstall solve the problem? Otherwise report the problem from inside the app and also check if there is any new versions of the app
I have same issue, reinstalled app but I still have the same problem. Can you please solve this?

@andrew-hwahin I have the same issue, did you ever get i resolved? I've had it for months actually, but I never bothered to try fixing it. App reset didn't work.

Same here. Problem is consistent and makes the mobile app pointless if it’s unreliable when needed.
