hello young people,
I have the planner shared with several users and I'm having a problem with the deadline of the activities, the users are increasing the deadline of the project without consulting me and as I end up following several activities so some of these changes go unnoticed.
1. Would there be any way for me to configure the deadline to be changed only by my user?
2. If not, my idea is to export a spreadsheet with all the planner information weekly so I could compare if the project's end date was changed, but I didn't want to do it manually, I wanted to know if there was a way I could use power automate to configure this weekly update automatically and adding the date of export to the spreadsheet. Does anyone know if this is possible?
